Sometimes the program does not work as expected. This section explains what you can do to diagnose the problem, and how to get support.

Fix Recording

Program is not recording anything

  • check correct input source

  • check microphone permissions

  • check input format

  • switch to direct sound

Recorded sound is distorted

  • reduce input volume

  • increase distance to microphone

  • use better microphone
